Brief description
The project was to replace entire roof and replace 2 existing skylights with new Velux Deck-Mounted Solar-Powered Skylights.
Existing asphalt roofing was stripped. During the deck inspection some rotten plywoods were found and replaced. New same size Velux skylights were installed instead of the old ones. Primed white molding was installed inside the box to cover the seam between the skylight and ceiling. We installed genuine Velux flashing around the skylight on outside. We are Velux Certified contractor so Velux stay behind our installation for the next 10 years.
